In real estate, properties that satisfy market niches are harder to come by, which usually makes them easier to sell and market than other homes.   Take the issue of assessibility for example.   Does your home have a universal layout that is easily adaptable for the elderly or people with mobility or other disabilities? 

If your property has no entry barriers, wide hallways or wide open interior space, you may want to learn how to market your property through networks that locate housing for disabled and handicapped Americans.
